Week Three

Veeeerrrryyy uneventful week.
On Wednesday, Kelsey went home to go see her chiropractor. On Friday morning, Heidi went home, and on Friday night, Mileah went home. So I was all alone for the whole weekend. And no one came to visit me :(
I guess I could've gone and visted people, but I... I dunno. I much prefer them to come to me :/ And I know that's a quality I need to get over.

But Sunday was very good!
Mileah came home on Sunday morning and we went to church together. When we got back, Mileah made a wonderful dinner. She had a chicken cooking in a crock pot with creamy of chicken and shake and bake. And then we had potatoes and corn. Yumm yummm.

I was told I had to go to a relief society training meeting at 5 (Oh yeah, I got a calling today! I'm the Relief Society B Birthday Specialist haha).
So I went to that, but when they split everyone up into groups, I didn't have a place to go. So my RS leaders were like "oh...hey, I think we made a mistake. You don't need to be here."
But at least I got some free food :)

When I came back, Kelsey was home!
Biggest excitement of my life. I had been starting to talk to myself.
She brought some stuff with her (thanks for the coat/robe/socks/toothpaste mom!)
And we rearranged all the furniture! And we decorated! And yay!
It was really fun :D
Here is the somwhat finished project: We still have pictures and stuff to put up on the walls, and more things to put into the little cubby holes. I'm super excited. It's muuuuuch more cozy now.

Week Two

And then there were two!

Kelsey and I had the apartment to ourselves all weekend. Heidi went to Utah and Mileah went to Idaho Falls (I'm assuming).
Heidi goes home every other week to work.
But on Friday night, Mileah's little sister slept over, and when we woke up Saturday morning, they were already gone. She still hasn't come home, hmm...

Last Wednesday was Pancake Wednesday!
Here's the guest list!: Ray, Lee, Alyssa Mellor, Cammi, Alyssa's roommate, Joseph, Joseph's friend.
It was fun!
After everyone went home, Lee stuck around. We played some games like the drawing/story one that I play as often as possible XDAnd then we went and helped Kelsey steal some dirt from her plant :3
It felt like a secret mission.

Onnnn...Friday? Ray called and asked if he could use us as models. He was doing a project for his illustration class. For some reason he was drawing drunk princesses. I don't remember what the topic of his assignment was XD
So we got to dress up as princesses and act drunk o.O
But I don't have any of those pictures, they're on Ray's camera. However, when Kels and I came upstairs we just took some keep-sake memory pics.Yup, fun week.

Week One

When I got to BYUI for real, Kelsey and Julia were already there! That made the transition a million times easier, so I'm very grateful for that!

Classes have been good. Surprisingly, my favorite class so far in Hymns&Doctrine. That sounded the most boring, but it's the most interesting. I also have an absolutely amazing teacher.

Our roommates are good! We get along well. Heidi has really bonded with Kelsey and I, and we're good friends :)
Mileah, however, is hardly ever home. She has a bunch of friends here, so she's always hanging out at their apartments.
She's missing from the Sunday picture because she left early in the morning to go to a missionary farewell and we never saw her again until about 9pm tonight.Ray and Lee came over! As well as Spencer (and FHE bro from last Winter)!
I made Teriyaki for dinner and we had a big family meal! :D
Somehow the subject of Wii came up, and they said they wanted to play. So I brought down my wii and we had a smash bros/mario kart party!
Lots of fun!

Joseph has come over twice as well. I love getting visitors!

So hopefully we'll accumulate more and more friends! And then we have paaaarties like every day! Oh my goodness!

Rexburg

Wow!
I haven't updated in a long time.

I'm back in school now! Good ol' Rexburg.
We spent a few days at Kari's house before leaving me at school.
We took advantage of Kari's pool and took Alexis out to swim. It was nice to escape the heat.On Saturday, we went boating. Yay! We hadn't gone in a few years.
They put me in the tube with dad and Kelley! I was scared because I knew Ron would NOT go easy on us!
After we got going, Kelley informed me that Ron told him he'd use him as a guinea pig to try and flip the tube. Oh boy :x
And eventually, we were going super fast, and we were on a turn, and the tube caught a little wave or something, and the next thing I knew I was somersaulting under water.
That was my first time being flipped off of an innertube!
At another time, I was riding with Brooklyn, Riley, Rachel, and Krystal. Since we had so many kids, Ron was going pretty slow. We got to a part were there were lots of big waves, so Ron slowed down a lot so we wouldn't go flying. Well, one of the waves crashed over the front of the tube, tipping it forward, while another one hit behind us, forcing the tube up even more.
At a certain point, I realized that there was no way we could get to tube back down, so I tossed Brooklyn out (she was sitting on my lap), and then I jumped. As soon as I got my bearings, I looked around to see if everyone else made it, and became frantic when I realized Riley was missing. I then saw a shape moving around under the tube. I started swimming towards him to help him get out, but he had already found his way out.
Afterwards, he was soooo mad at Ron. It had scared Riley so much. He was sobbing. He kept saying he was stuck under the tube and he couldn't breathe.
Boat drama! Another day, we took Alexis to a park to feed the ducks! It was fun, I hadn't done that in a long time. There were only a very few ducks, though. It was mostly seagulls and geese. They went absolutely crazy at the sight of food. Alexis wasn't too sure about the noisy animals, though. Then we went to the Idaho State Fair!
It was a lot of fun! We ate fair food and went to a few shows. The hypnotist was kind of lame, though. But it was still fun to walk around and see everything and eat the yummy food.

The funnest part of Summer took place just days before heading off to school!
Why couldn't the entire Summer have been so eventful? :P

Family Week

It's been a while since everyone left, but I didn't update right away.
A few weeks ago, we had Kari and Ryan and their families here! It was a blast. It was so great to see my nieces and nephews again, and see how they've grown.
We went to a park about every day. It was fun to watch them play on the toys. Alexis loved the bark stuff on the ground, and she taught the boys that it's fun to pick it up.They all loved the bench, especially Alexis. We wanted a pick of the three of them sitting on it together.Ian liked playing with the sprinkler. Too bad it never got warm enough that we could turn it on and let them play in the water.Jacob loved the broom. Ian did too. One of them was always dragging it around. This was cute. No one told Alexis to do it, she just did it on her own. She went over to Jacob and gave him a hug. It was adorable :)Alexis really liked Ryan and Ian really liked Brent. I'm glad they like their uncles :)Alexis also LOVED "Papa". She'd always run to him and loved being with him. When she woke up from a nap, she'd have a huge smile on fer face when she saw papa. It was cuuute. We had a family photo shoot. Paul Johnson took pictures of us. It was a lot of fun. And now we have a lot of frame-able pictures.

It was so much fun! And I'm excited to see how big they are next time I see them!

Tooth Aches and Summer Heat

It was over 100 degrees today. Broke the record for hottest day in Seattle ever.

I spent the majority of the day at work, which does not have very much air conditioning. One of the girls I was with filled one of the big sinks in back with cold water, then dumped two big buckets of ice in it. If one of us got too hot, we'd just go back and dip our arms in the freeeezing water. It felt very nice :)

I've had a toothache since last Saturday. On Monday I went to the dentist, but he couldn't find anything wrong. He did say it's not a cavity, though. I was kind of hoping it was, because at least then he could have fixed it. We'll probably call him again soon and see if he can send me to someone more... I don't know, experienced or something. I just want the pain to go away, or at least know what's going on.
I just really hope it doesn't end in a root canal.

Now to sum up some of the things that have happened since my last update.
Wow this was a while ago. I gave dad a haircut!
I'm glad he trusted me! Mom would never let me get near her head with a pair of scissors. I don't really blame her, though. Whenever I cut my bangs, I always end up cutting them way too short.I hung out with Will and Quinn yesterday. We started at his house and just played video games for a few hours, which is what always happens at Will's. Will then wanted to take me to Michael's so I could buy a new sketchbook and get his employee discount. The guy who rang us up was a newbie, and he made a lot of mistakes. I though it was funny, because I remember when I first started at the theater and how it took me forever to do anything. Will's a supervisor at Michael's though, so he was a little annoyed. He ended up pretty much taking over and ringing it in for him. The guy wasn't offended at all or anything, he thought it was funny, though he was a little embarrassed.
Since we were at crossroads, we had to go to Party City and play with the masks and things. We also had to get Boba :) Yummm.
I ended up having to leave his house early though, because my tooth started hurting really really bad.

I really hope someone can figure out what's wrong with me soon!

For America. For Freedom.

I realize that I haven't updated in a very long time. I had a few pictures, but not many events to really write about. So I'll just clump everything together here.
I cleaned my room for the summer.I hung out with my girls. We went to Highland and talked about our memories. We'd only walk a few feet before we'd point to some place that held memories for us. It was really nice. Highland is where we all became best friends.Mom's birthday and Father's day fell on the same day. I let mom do my hair. Of course she picked my favorite hair style :)I saved mom and dad from certain death in the frigid waters of Lake Washington. And then I made cookies with my favorite girls.

And now it's the 4th of July. I opened at work today, but they sent me home two hours later :(
It wasn't busy enough. They scheduled a bunch of people, but no one came in to see movies.
Hope everyone has a great Independence Day!
